About The Role
- You will provide high quality marketing support the Managing director and senior Directors
- Maintain effective relationships with designated advertising, design, media & PR agencies
- Prepare project overviews, collate marketing reports and general admin for the sales team
- Coordinate, book & implement approved marketing initiatives in liaison with the creative agencies & associated suppliers
- Manage and develop effective processes for the administration, co-ordination, and management of all media requirements
- Develop and implement the project brand, marketing strategies to ensure the sales targets are achieved efficiently.
About You
- Property marketing experience in residential real estate or property development (preferred)
- Experience in media / advertising is beneficial but not essential
- Extensive experience in managing marketing campaigns and managing multiple campaigns at once
- Excellent communication and people skills along with the ability to work under pressure
