About the Portfolio
The International and Engagement portfolio is responsible for RMIT’s international strategy and agenda, including international development and partnerships and oversight of our international operations including RMIT Vietnam and RMIT Europe.
The Experience function’s vision is to bring to life RMIT’s strategy by putting the student and all RMIT’s audiences at the heart of everything that we do and delivering a CX vision and insights to help guide the University deliver on our promise. The function is responsible for Global Marketing and our Brand, Digital and CX, Student Recruitment and Admissions, Market Intelligence and Propositions (product and pricing strategy), Alumni and Engagement and University Lifecycle Technology.
About the Role
You will join a dedicated team of Business Partners, who each have responsibility for a specific College at RMIT. Your role will manage the relationship with the College of Design & Social Context, with a targeted focus on Marketing, Student Recruitment, Digital and Market Intelligence. This is a generalist role that will include responding to internal requests, developing action plans, providing specific performance insights, and leveraging support from all teams across Experience. This is a client-facing role that will call on your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence outcomes and deliver high-level strategic support.

About You
You will be an excellent communicator, who is eager to hit the ground running and build on your existing relationship-management skills. You’ll have a high-level of emotional intelligence, with the capacity to navigate diverse, complex stakeholder needs and ultimately influence positive outcomes.
To be successful in this position, you’ll also have:
Background in discipline and product marketing.
Ability to interpret and synthesise market-research data, apply analytical insight and develop effective strategies.
An aptitude for consulting with stakeholders at every level of a large, complex organisation, fostering robust internal business partnerships.
Strong understanding of the higher education sector is desirable.
