Marketing Manager

Due to parental leave, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Home Loans team for a 12-months fixed term contract. In this exciting role, you’ll manage the end-to-end process of planning, implementation and optimisation of our key go to market communication campaigns for our Home Loans product portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who loves a hands on approach, is a self-starter; who is solution oriented; a true collaborative team player. You’ll utilise your exceptional relationship management skills to liaise with a diverse group of senior and third party stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

What are you going to do? You’ll be…

• Managing direct customer and end to end marketing campaigns for TTL marketing campaigns in line with the product roadmap
• Working with Customer Intelligence on sizing & canvasing opportunities with existing customers
• Driving the execution with external agencies, partners
• Managing internal stakeholders including Product Owners, Marketing Expert Teams, Contact Centre, Digital Channels, Digital Marketing and Customer Intelligence teams
• Reviewing weekly reporting of product marketing campaigns and optimizing accordingly.

What are we looking for? You’ll have…

• Flawless end to end experience of delivering go to market campaigns
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• At least 5 years’ experience within a hands-on Marketing role – ideally focused on integrated, digital marketing and/or Product Marketing within a marketing organisation or Agency - within Financial Services or Home Loans would be highly advantageous
• Experience with propensity models, and will be fluent with customer data & data driven decision-making
• Experience working within a fast-paced ever changing environment
