Due to the ongoing growth and success of White and Co., this newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, will be integral in taking our business and in-house brand into the next exciting phase of growth.
As part of this role, you will be required to provide a clear plan that encompasses imaginative marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the brand in the retail space, cohesive brand direction, acquisition of new customers, drives sales and customer experience initiatives that further establishes White and Co. as the ‘Go To’ destination for premium women’s fashion. This role is for someone who is looking to take their marketing career to the next level.
The Role
Being part of the Senior Leadership team based at our Moorabbin office, you will play a pivotal part in creating the direction and vision for the brand as it continues to grow.
- Develop, maintain and execute a content calendar for key retail events that deliver on our objective of driving sales, increasing brand awareness, attracting new customers and build customer loyalty
- Proven track record of successfully developing or implementing best practice social media management strategies and campaigns
- Manage the production and scheduling of email marketing/EDM’s
- Develop and manage seasonal marketing promotions calendar
- Drive and manage new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with new and existing suppliers
- Working closely with our buying team to Co-ordinate sales and product focused events that drive sales
- Work in collaboration with our in-house stylist, photographer, eccom manager and graphic designer to drive and manage content creation, including influencer marketing, for our website and key retail events on organic and paid social media platforms
- Identifying new opportunities within and developing strategies to grow our existing database
- Build strong relationships with external partners to maximise marketing and PR opportunities across company assets to optimize visibility of our bricks and mortar/on-line stores and brand
- Experience managing budgets and the development and execution of annual marketing plans and monitoring return on investment
- Deliver post launch reviews for all key activities to drive more robust understanding of the drivers of success (or failure) and drive better decision making
What are we looking for?
- 5-10 years of experience in fashion including project management and brand marketing experience
- Familiar with the Shopify platform
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or a related field
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms
- Previous experience managing and guiding a team
- Great presentation skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, demonstrating high level of capability in managing multiple priorities
- Proven experience with multi-channel planning and execution
- Ideally familiar with overseas markets
- You will be process driven, have the ability to set and maintain high standards, be able to deliver consistently to deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
