We are currently seeking the services a Marketing Manager to develop and oversee delivery of asset specific marketing and communications projects to ensure GPT’s assets are sufficiently and appropriately represented across all channels, while also supporting the customer experience of their tenants.

The Role
Working in the national Office & Logistics Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will act as a trusted advisor and will collaborate with stakeholders across GPT to develop marketing strategies, deliver key projects, implement frameworks and guidelines and ROI / measurement methodologies on all related spend across assets.

What you will be doing

  • Developing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, as well as digital communication strategies and engaging content, that supports the assets in elevating the customer experience across all platforms including customer portals, websites, lift screens, lobby screens, EDMs and social media.
  • Working on key office development projects including brand development, creation and implementation of communications strategy, producing collateral and providing overall marketing support to asset, leasing and development teams throughout the process.
  • Taking ownership of the Office & Logistics websites, customer experience portals and Wi-fi network including acting as key point of contact for digital agencies and working with the Retail team on the ongoing management of the shared contracts. Also project manage all new website and customer portal projects from the procurement process to rollout, liaising with stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Using available heat maps and analytics tools to inform, develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for assets across the portfolio which provide a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Managing the development of asset brands and rebrands in conjunction the team. This includes management of the procurement process for external agencies and liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating asset photography from pre to post-production, liaising with internal and stakeholders and acting as key point of contact for photographer in line with the Group’s guidelines developed by Corporate Affairs.

What makes you stand out
A tertiary qualified, creative thinker with strong analytical skills and significant experience as a Marketing Manager. You will have developed and managed integrated campaigns, launch events and / or site activations, preferably in an agency or property based arena.

You will be a strong team player with good stakeholder, and project management skills. Be credible and articulate, with experience negotiating with and influencing decision makers.

This would suit a person who is passionate about marketing trends and knows how to effectively communicate on and drive various marketing initiatives through the full lifecycle.
