Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join the marketing team in Australia. The Senior Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for developing the demand generation marketing strategy and corresponding campaigns to support lead and revenue targets for sales in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
The Senior Marketing Manager ANZ is responsible for creating the marketing strategy, executing strategic programs with cross-functional teams, regionally and globally, and creating demand within the Enterprise and Public Sector in ANZ.The role works closely with the Senior Director Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, Principal Solutions Consultants, and the broader Go-to-Market team, you will drive the execution of field events, programs, and campaigns to drive business value.
Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing, APJ, this role will generate increased awareness and create demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including, but not limited to, account targeted programs, conferences, and professional associations, targeted industry events, demand campaigns and assets, direct mail, and webinars. Their primary objective is to introduce new opportunities to the funnel and accelerate through the funnel, ensuring thorough coverage and penetration of the addressable market leveraging various marketing distribution channels.
In this role you will...
- Be the primary liaison between Field Sales, broader Go-to-market (GTM), and APJ Senior Director Marketing and team
- Plan, create and execute the marketing strategy and plan that encapsulates all marketing activities for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and report results monthly
- Communicate marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, customer success stories, upcoming events, etc. to the regional sales team
- Comprehend and align to regional growth opportunities and objectives to sales targets, supporting pipeline generation
- Own and create the annual strategy and campaign calendar for ANZ
- Adopt global and APJ growth campaigns, and localise and augment these campaigns for regional audience
- Aid in aligning and educating the field and improve the lead to conversion flow process.
- Collaborate with the broader Alliances and Partner Team to support local partner programs
- Be an advocate for customers and partners alike
- Develop insights for industry specific marketing initiatives and execute campaigns to address core verticals and accounts as required
- Co-develop value propositions and buyer journeys – by target audience
- Maintain a campaign calendar – themes, mediums, timeframes, campaign content strategy
- Partner with the extended marketing team (Thought Leadership, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Programs, Partner Marketing, Events) to realise and execute the marketing strategy in the ANZ region
- Manage the ANZ marketing budget ... and being the rockstar you are, be willing to take on additional stretch projects as needed

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have...
- 10+ years of experience in a B2B enterprise marketing role; Public Sector experience a plus; software/SaaS marketing experience preferred
- Proven capability to oversee the inception to completion of campaign plans, including audience target identification, campaign project plans and deliverables, budgeting, and post-campaign reporting/measurement
- A deep understanding of the enterprise solution sales cycle
- The ability to work as an individual contributor but believes in sharing information and transparency and enjoys collaborating with the broader team
- The drive to thrive and achieve valued outcomes in an accountable, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Have a strong understanding of all Digital Marketing practices, SFDC, Marketo, LinkedIn etc
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and constant change
- Strong attention to detail
- Sleeves up attitude with ability to work at a strategic level and executional level
- Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
