Responsibilities

  • Devise brand and demand activities to build awareness, nurture and acquire new clients; and retain and grow existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to lever campaigns for A/NZ.
  • Work with the global PR team to align marketing with earned media efforts.
  • Manage the allocated marketing budget to drive optimised investment and ROI.
  • Establish a content marketing program spotlighting thought leadership.
  • Manage website content creation.
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Reporting on all aspects of marketing to benefit different stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities, communication and marketing efforts and develop insights gained from analysis.
  • Manage ambiguity with continuous improvement mindset, creating new processes, ways of working, structures, strategies.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements.
  • Highly organised with a desire to work autonomously and lead new projects
  • Previous experience in the technology sector and an appetite to understand digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, data science and engineering, cybersecurity, application development and automation (RPA/IPA).
  • Superb stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with a range of people at different levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies.
  • Good eye for design and briefing design experts for marketing assets.
  • Customer-centric focus and optimisation, including of customer journey and life cycle mapping.
  • Leading and undertaking strategiesc and tactics for SEO, SEM and content marketing.
  • Ability to create narratives and tell stories about a brand, its people, their work, their clients and the spaces they influence.
  • Creative thinker who isn’t afraid to push boundaries.
  • Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of best practices for B2B.

 

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience working in digital transformation and/or Agile environments.
  • Experience with AEM.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar.
