Meaningful Work from Day One

The role of Channel Marketing Manager (On-Premise) will lead a small team in developing and executing our Channel Marketing plan for the dynamic On-Premise Channel. As an integral collaborator between our sales and marketing teams, you will work cross-functionally to integrate business objectives into the On-Premise channel and drive availability of our dynamic drinks portfolio.

This position is full time, based at our National Head office in Surry Hills, Sydney.

What You Will Experience

Leadership

  • Lead a team of high performing Channel Marketing Executives, responsible for their development and capabilities and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Drive the Brown-Forman vision and strategies and leading the clear communication of channel marketing plans
  • Implement and foster a brand building culture with a focus on continuous improvement

On Premise Channel Marketing and Planning

  • Lead the development, briefing, approval and execution of the On-Premise Channel Marketing plan to drive physical availability across the Brown-Forman portfolio
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on customer and brand strategies and incorporate into the On Premise channel plans (including consumer insights and drink trends)
  • Collaborate cross functionally on pre and post evaluations of programs and initiatives and socialise key findings
  • Monitor and report competitor activity within the On-Premise channel
  • Budget management

Internal and External Partnerships

  • Develop strong and meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders (including agency partners)
  • Participate in partnership with the sales team in customer meetings and interactions, spending time in the trade as much as possible
  • Collaborate with internal partners to continually enhance systems, processes, tools and brand programs
