Description:
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting new traffic and audiences, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers for our sales team and board of directors.
As a marketing operations manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and innovate new creative campaigns for multiple brands. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. This will be a challenge but also incredibly rewarding to the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
· Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
· Writing targeted content for website, blogs and social media
· Distribution of subscriber newsletters and information
· Contributing to internal reports
· Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics
· Creating content for social media channels
· Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media
· Keeping in line of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
· Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients
Requirements:
· Relevant work experience in digital marketing platforms and evidence of growth in campaigns
· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
· A high degree of organisation
· Capacity to work independently
· Ability to constantly improve and optimise
· Some experience in hospitality, retail or food & beverage sector preferred
· Bonus skills – but not compulsory: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
