Your new role

This marketing graduate provides general project and administrative support to the business under the direction and guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager. The degree of supervision and subsequent responsibility and autonomy offered will largely depend on the employee's prior experience. The role will consist of a mix of administrative functions involved with sales releases, website content management, marketing collateral and customer communication strategies.

As the successful candidate, a day in the life of this role will look like this:

• General marketing administration duties - including tracking invoices, ad hoc coordination of estate marketing activities
• Ad hoc coordination of combined estate marketing activities and initiatives
• Liaise with estate Development teams and Sales Representatives as required, including attendance and participation in weekly sales meetings and monthly Sales and Settlements meetings as required
• Schedule and upload house and land packages, realestate.com.au listings and other website updates as required
• Support coordination of project, including sales releases, project updates and community initiatives.

Skills required

The successful candidate will be an have either recently completed or is currently undertaking a Bachelor of commerce (marketing) or similar and is looking for a part time role in which they can develop further skills.

Essential Skills

• Currently undertaking or completed a Bachelor or commerce (Marketing)
• Excellent computer skills including the whole Microsoft suite
• Organised and methodical approach to work
• Ability to work autonomously

Desirable Skills

• Adobe photo shop or InDesign skills
• Some office administration experience in a corporate environment.
