This includes everything from residential and commercial locks, door closer and exit devices, steel doors and frames to access control and workforce productivity systems. They are a global organisation with a strong footprint, and due to significant growth they are looking to bring on a passionate marketing professional to join their team.

The Role:

Working across 2 product brands that have a strong brand presence within the market with with a focus on supporting the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies.

Collaborating within a larger marketing team of specialties and leveraging resources available throughout the organisation. Work closely and collaborate with the wider Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Sales teams in Australia and participate in selected regional and global marketing projects representing the Australian business

Help drive marketing initiatives which are based on analysis of market trends and opportunities while ensuring alignment and consistency of branding, effective campaigns and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Australian OEM Marketing function to prepare and execute a Strategic Marketing Plan
  • Represent the marketing function at channel meetings and strategic customer meetings
  • Support and manage the development and implementation of marketing plans in collaboration with the Sales and Product Managers which grow and support the distribution channel to optimise volume and profit increases Communicate Allegion, Brio, Austral and other applicable product brand value propositions to end-users and OEM channel partners for targeted markets
  • Support the preparation of annual marketing budgets and ensure annual marketing expenses are managed within each budget. Leadership
  • Provide leadership when required for projects to ensure they continually move forward.
  • Analyse market and technology trends, customer needs, current market conditions and competitor information to develop appropriate strategies. Marketing Communications
