Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the partners teams to develop go to market plans for events and other projects. This includes development of sales tools in addition to all marketing funnel touchpoint activity.
- Manage direct contact with affiliates and IB’s to improve retention through marketing support.
- Work closely with the partner’s team to attract new affiliates.
- Manage the daily operations of the email marketing requirements of the company.
- Working with the marketing team and making sure that the set KPI’s are met.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Evaluate and monitor performance of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis through analysis of key metrics.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure consistent voice.
- Brief and liaise with designers and other suppliers; manage supplier relationship to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs. Liaise with internal stakeholders and their graphic design team on creation of assets.
- Develop a good understanding of the customers and markets and be responsible for constant feedback to constituent stakeholders in the organisation.
- Conduct regular desktop research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Utilising data, research, and insights from the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across events and projects.
- Working closely with the Australian and Cyprus marketing teams will develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive outcomes against delegate registrations, sales leads or other brand metrics for conferences, webinars, and other activities.
- Provide recommendations against the marketing mix utilising all paid, owned and earned channels.
- Develop an always on social media campaign utilising all assets and activities, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Manage the sections of the websites ensuring all information relating to projects are up to date and accurate.
