Marketing Coordinator

Fine Orthodontics is a modern orthodontic office with 3 NoFrownZone locations (Bondi Junction, Maroubra and Queenstown, New Zealand).

We are seeking a digital marketing co-ordinator, for a full time role. This would involve:

- Co-ordinating our social media posts and related communications

- Updating our websites

- Working together with reception staff

- Managing marketing automation

An understanding of Marketing Automation, SEO concepts and email campaigns would be of benefit.

Orthodontics is a fun environment and digital marketing is a natural fit. The successful applicant should be able to integrate easily into the team. Understanding how the practice operates by involvement in front-desk activities will be important for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns while appreciating customer experience and monitoring customer satisfaction. A creative skillset will assist in brainstorming new directions.

Qualifications, skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of social networking platforms
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
• Understanding of SEO concepts and Paid Internet Marketing
