Your new role
To manage the development and execution of the marketing strategy and associated plans aligned to the brand. Ensure all marketing activities support the business objectives for products and services and positively contribute to customer satisfaction and engagement.
 

  • Working with internal stakeholders to build and implement the marketing strategic plan aligned with business objectives for new and existing products and services. This will include traditional and digital marketing.
  • Manage and execute the digital and social media component of marketing plans including LinkedIn, website, and YouTube.
  • Focusing on key areas of SEO, customer segmentation, Pardot, salesforce, blogs, automation, and internal comms via EDM's and videos.
  • Develop brand awareness in the market and manager marketing collateral and content whilst utilising internal and external resources.
  • Manage and execute the direct channels to marketing from branding, promotional awareness, market segmentation, and market research.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to conduct SWOT and PESTLE on Grease Lubricants industry. Evaluate market penetration into overseas markets, i.e., ASIA, particularly focusing on any barriers to entry.
  • Conduct and analyse market research and customer surveys to gather market and competitor intelligence for the development of new product or service opportunities.
  • Provide monthly reporting on Marketing Function, developing and protect branded documentation, future products and formulations.
  • Align with future product development research, IP, brand awareness and retention of customers to ensure future sustainability.
  • Support new product launches and company industry events by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans and oversee their execution.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Marketing or related.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management in the context of marketing projects.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and plans.
  • Digital media, content creation (SEO skills would be beneficial)
  • LinkedIn Business, WordPress, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Analytics, AppSpace, Salesforce, Padot desirable.
