JOB DESCRIPTION:

Joining our team based in North Sydney, this is initially a 12 months fixed-term contract and is an integral part of a fun and fast-paced Marketing team. The GTM Executive role acts as a brand guardian for Royal Caribbean in Australia & New Zealand, ensuring that all communications that goes-to-market across all channels conform to brand guidelines, align with the campaign strategy and resonate with target markets. This role also collaborates across all departments on a consultative basis to ensure that the brands/product experiences are well understood, appropriately communicated and achieve commercial goals.

 

The role will include but not limited to:

  • End to end campaign management both online and offline, copy writing, proofing and editing
  • Working with external creative & media agencies
  • Briefing & collaborating with in-house Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist to deliver campaign assets
  • Collaboration with web and CRM teams both locally and internationally
  • Ensure global brand marketing alignment across all departments and coordinating the localised rollout and implementation
  • Assist with post campaign reporting and market research activities

 

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICAITON REQUIRED:

We are looking for a strong communicator with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (either as a Marketing Coordinator, Account Coordinator or equivalent of).

Even though Travel or Tourism industry experience is ideal, it’s not mandatory as we believe in transferable skills.

A This role will be suited to someone that enjoys a fast pace, agile environment where you will be managing multiple projects & stakeholder relationships at one time. A can-do attitude and a result orientated approach is a major key to success in this role! We would want you to have a love of communications and strong time management skills. Ideally the successful applicant will also understand a matrix organisation and can appreciate working with employees from different backgrounds & time zones.
