The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is looking for a standout Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hardworking, experienced team in a dynamic and exciting workplace.

The Marketing Coordinator will work as an integral part of the MSO marketing team, supporting the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns with the objective of increasing ticket sales, supporting internal departments and raising the profile of the Orchestra.

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are:

• Contribute to, and coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies for the MSO;
• Create/brief in marketing and advertising material;
• Coordinate the building, proofing and sending of MSO eDM campaigns;
• Ensure the timely delivery of campaign materials;
• Track and reconcile campaign budgets;
• Support internal departments.
