The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic team. This role will have a focus on supporting marketing operations for our Business to Consumer market. Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your marketing skills.

Although our office is based in Regents Park, you may be required to work from home as a response to the current COVID conditions.
Hybrid work from home opportunity will be available upon successful completion of your initial trainings and you have settled into your new role.

  • Develop and implement marketing, branding and promotional programs to drive demand for MHI products.
  • Using data and insights to make decisions, inform strategy and recognize opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop promotional / advertising strategies and collaterals that are on-brand and meet business objectives.
  • Control of campaign expense budget. Coordinate quotes/invoicing approvals - cost control and follow process and obtain best possible prices for all projects.
  • Develop project workflow - highlight issues and identify solutions. Report project status on a weekly status.
  • Manage a broad range of brand and marketing activities and content development including media and public relations, publications, social media, SEM, website and internal communications, including company events.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement communications and marketing strategies.
  • Support and communicate with the sales team to drive an aligned business approach in line with our overall strategy.
  • Report on and analyse marketing initiatives to assist in the future planning of marketing activities.
