Working With The Regional Market Leader - North Queensland, This Diverse Position Has Great Variety And Will See You Involved In
- Supporting a diverse Region and associated Business Groups within a culture focused on growth
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders as you pay a central role in assisting Bid Managers, Market Leaders and other team members in the coordination of proposals
- Utilising your valuable skills, knowledge and experience to drive bid inputs and ensure tender brief requirements are met, with a specific focus on writing and crafting tailored messaging for bids
- Providing high level administrative support for tasks associated with bid preparation
- Operating with a level of agility as you play a key role in supporting the wider team with a variety of ad-hoc tasks within a fluid commercial environment.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Relevant tertiary qualification OR previous experience in a similar position in support of bids, tenders and other marketing/communication tasks
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Well-developed communication skills coupled with a proven ability to support diverse stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to delivering against set deadlines
- Those with specific qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business (or similar) will be viewed favourably
