The Consumer Acquisition team at American Express is a fast-paced team with a culture underpinned by trust, collaboration and innovation.
A unique opportunity has become available within the Consumer Acquisition Paid Channels team to support in planning and implementing through-the-line campaigns that attract and convert prospects to become American Express Card Members. This role will work in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and be vital in managing the end-to-end execution of media initiatives including creative production, media planning, optimisation and reporting, day-to-day management of our agency partners, as well as integration and collaboration with our central digital & analytics team.

Role responsibilities:
Support your manager in planning and implementation of through-the-line campaigns to drive prospect conversions with media channels. Channels are mainly digital including display, video, audio and content, although can also include traditional channels such as out of home.
Facilitate end-to-end acquisition media campaigns from agency briefing, to tracking and tagging implementation, measurement, and reporting.
Manage key stakeholders in the creation and delivery of assets with agency partners.
Assist manager on the go-to-market, working with various teams to flawlessly launch new assets and offers, including tagging, analytics, and tracking setup
Follow key competitors and trends in market to identify any new media and growth opportunities to drive acquisition growth.
Maintain media budget in line with approved media plans and invoicing.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, media and/or communications.
A passion to learn about media and its role within the marketing mix.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills to assist in stakeholder management as you’ll be working with multiple disciplines to deliver a common outcome.
Ability to adapt in a working environment that might require pivots to react to potential changes to a plan.
Self-motivator with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate.
Ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen, delivering results quickly and efficiently.
Strong collaborator with a positive and approachable attitude.
