Qualifications & experience:

• Experience with technology like Canva and Microsoft
• Professional and meticulous
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Multitasking and organisational skills
• A background in accounting or marketing is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Administration duties such as: Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries, taking minutes, arranging appointments and travel, data entry and so on.
• Providing administration support for the sales team during the listing and sales process
• Running company social media accounts
• Maintaining comprehensive property files
• Launching and tracking marketing campaigns
• Researching marketing trends and opportunities
• Assist with social media activity and cater to target audiences
