The Marketing team is part of the Products, Deposits & Marketing division which houses the Products, Deposits, Client Experience, Sustainability, Community, Innovation, Knowledge & Networks and Marketing teams.
The Marketing team supports Rabobank’s ambition to ‘own the Food & Agribusiness space’ in Australia through commercial and creative marketing strategy and execution that brings to life the ‘Rabobank difference’ and helps deliver Rabobank’s business goals.
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for coordinating day-to-day requests for client-facing marketing and communications support across the business.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
Monitor the CRM queue and functional marketing mailbox for job requests (daily)
Coordinate LAM requests (daily) eg email marketing, client / prospect letters, event invitations, event collateral, signage, brochures, flyers, local ads, advertorials, recruitment ads etc
Manage end to end process: request to creation, approval, testing & delivery
Consult with internal stakeholders to deliver to brief and proactively update regarding timelines.
Ensure Rabobank’s branding, style and tone of voice is correct and consistent
Ensure all job requests adhere to the approval process, including marketing, stakeholder and legal approval
CRM super user and support
Monitor functional CRM mailbox for requests to unsubscribe from receiving marketing material via email
Maintain Vendors budget spreadsheet
Process and file invoices as required eg Printing, Mail house, Promo items, Contingent worker time sheets
New vendor on-boarding
Event planning, liaison, and on the ground support to ensure events run smoothly, and are executed to best practice standards, including reporting
Digital Marketing Support (as required) – add/update website, website testing, eDM’s
Marketing Team Support (as required)
What we are looking for / About you
To be successful you will need to possess:
3+ years’ marketing / communications / business development support and/or management assistant experience, ideally gained in a financial services environment
Ideally have some industry knowledge of food and agricultural, rural markets and/or farm businesses
Are highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
Be customer service oriented, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Are self-motivated with a proactive results orientated approach
Possess a high level of attention to detail and process driven
Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or Design (desirable)
