Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a results driven marketing professional to take the marketing lead in our growing TownLiving medium density business. With a pipeline of new projects rolling out across Melbourne, this is an incredible opportunity for an up and coming marketer looking to step up and take a hands on role, to own and drive the marketing of this business unit. Working closely with both the TownLiving Sales Manager and Victorian Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with bringing projects to market, driving leads, and promoting the key selling benefits of project location and town home living to customers.
Reporting to the Victorian Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of marketing programs, generally within designated brand/business unit, or as required based on the developing organisational requirements, across Victoria in a creative, cost effective, and timely manner
- This will include the coordination and delivery of key project assets (3D renders, Videos, Virtual tours), development of project marketing collateral, website content updates and promotion, EDM/Database development and nurturing, lead generation activities, and general promotion of Townhomes and TownLiving
- You will work closely with internal project teams and stakeholders along with key project development partners, and take direction from the TownLiving Sales Manager and Victorian Marketing Manager for the execution of marketing programs for each project
- You will also work closely with a variety of marketing, media and supplier partners initiatives and opportunities in line with the overall direction
- Develop a full understanding of the markets needs and drivers to effectively and efficiently target prospects for each project
- Provide regular competitor insight with marketing initiatives and report back to the project team
- In all aspects and areas of responsibility, continually look at better ways of carrying out our business; and
- Provide your knowledge share, delivery of marketing advise and demonstrate behaviours with a great attitude

The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary Marketing qualification
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar marketing role in a fast paced, results driven environment,
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- A highly organised approach to managing projects with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in the property/residential building industry is preferred but not essential; and
- Current VIC drivers licence and reliable transport is desirable to facilitate visits to project locations.
