As the Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all areas of the business
- Manage stakeholder relationships for marketing, communications, and business development
- Develop a diverse range of brand collateral for use across the business
- Identify and manage key partnership opportunities
- Develop strategies to attract new business and raise engagement for the company
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation across review platforms
- Oversee and optimise all marketing and communication channels
- Maintain and enhance the company website, product pages, and associated customer journey
- Plan and manage events from concept to execution, including post-event analysis.
- Promote events through multiple channels to drive attendance.
- Conduct research and analyse data to improve brand awareness across engagement platforms.
About You:
- You’ll have proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Executive.
- Prior experience in the sales and service industry is highly regarded.
- Expertise in using marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns, especially through digital channels.
- Proficiency in leveraging various marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based tech to deliver targeted communications.
- Strong design skills with experience creating in-house materials.
- Experienced in website management and content systems (CMS).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
- Experience in leading on events of varying scale and occasion.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and network effectively.
