NightOwl Convenience is excited to offer a Marketing Coordinator position within the marketing team at the NightOwl franchise support office located in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. This is an entry-level marketing communications position within the company best suited to a junior marketer, or recent marketing graduate. You will become part of a team of skilled individuals who enjoy their jobs and the collaboration gained from working together. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the weekly internal communications newsletter
• Assist with franchisee requests for marketing development and assistance, specifically local area marketing.
• Search for, and address, Public Relations opportunities for brand promotion.
• Write articles, blog posts, media releases and text for a range of presentations or platforms.
• Collaborate and assist in the development and delivery of promotional messaging & marketing plans.
• Assist with the creation and management of social media content for brand awareness
• Manage the networks' online presence through third parties such as Google Business Listings.
• Assist to develop promotional material for conferences and events.
• Provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as required.

Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral are vital to the success of this position.
• Organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency of Microsoft Office programs,
• Some graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe suite is required. You will need basic competency with Photoshop and Indesign
