We’re seeking a Marketing Cloud Integration Manager to oversee the Integration Stream and deliver future-driven initiatives, including Einstein (AI) rollout, App Push integration and our API strategy.

Day-to-day, you will:
Manage the Integration Stream, including people leadership, capacity planning, workflow management and delivery- Lead the cross-functional Marketing Cloud Integration Project Team to deliver on planned initiatives
- Engage with key stakeholders and project team members to ensure project requirements are captured, prioritised and scheduled for delivery
- Provide support, guidance and coaching to direct reports, and mentoring other leads
- Plan and deliver staged roll outs and lead the integration of Marketing Cloud with other platforms in Transurban’s tech stack
- Ensure Confluence documentation on Project and BAU integration processes is current and accurate, including technical design, release planning and testing, data schemas and launch packs
- Track and maintain the Marketing Cloud Integration Project resource plan and budget
- Complete monthly project reporting in Project Centre within specified project timelines
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- 5+ years of business experience working in Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)
- Ability to apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems
- Experience undertaking integration activities involving Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and project delivery experience
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certs – highly regarded
- Experience working in an Agile environment
