Your Role:

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

  • Campaign management: manage, develop and deliver on campaign set up and implementation include post campaign analysis for Coles.
  • Stakeholder management: liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing documents: prepare documentation to brief teams on upcoming campaigns.
  • Look for opportunity to review current processes to ensure optimum efficiency and to greater service the needs of our members and partners.
  • Support marketing managers: support marketing managers with ad hoc test and learn campaigns for Coles.

Your Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing., or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in managing, deploying and analysing successful campaigns (all channels)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, below the line practice ideals.
  • Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required.
  • Excellent project management/communication/presentation skills, well organised and detail orientated.
