Your new company is a Local Government Organisation based in Western Sydney, currently embarking on a period of strong growth and change.

Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting the wider Marketing and Communications team at the organisation. The role will include:
 

• Implementing effective operational communications, marketing, branding and promotion initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Contribute to overall improvements to digital and traditional mediums in line with the organisation's objectives
• Continually develop, source and update marketing, promotions and communication tools in like with the Marketing strategy

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications with prior Government experience preferred. You must also be able to demonstrate experience in developing tactical marketing, promotion and communication programs to engage the community. It is also essential that you are able to work in a fast-paced environment and offer well-developed problem solving, communication and marketing skills.
