Description:
Our client is a leading audiobook publisher seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team.
This role will report to the Founder and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment with high performing and like-minded individuals.
Key responsibilities:
- Work across various departments, including Library services, Publishing in both Australia, and the UK.
- Copywriting and proofreading for monthly EDMs, newsletters, promotions, offers, and calls to action.
- Manage and coordinate sponsorships.
- Coordinate and manage all conferences across the company, including collateral and organization of offers.
- Assist at events when required.
- Manage email databases.
- Execute social media strategy and plans across multiple platforms.
- Handle internal communications.
- Develop relationships with media and assist with pitching story angles and interviews.
- Write media releases and liaise with authors and narrators for publicity materials.
- Provide creative design support for campaigns, EDMs, and external marketing material using basic design tools.
- Provide support for administration, marketing communications, PR, and sales.
- Assist with presentation and content curation.
- Maintain the unique ‘Experience’ across all communications, working closely with their CEOs.
- Coordinate marketing asset collection strategy and plans with the Publishing team.
- Manage the creation of AIs, Catalogues, and corresponding order forms.
- Perform data checking and content curation as needed.
