We currently have a wonderful opportunity for an Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for the preparation of strategic analysis across Crown’s properties, to identify, quantify and execute opportunities to grow revenue and customer profitability. The role is to support the customer lifecycle strategy, optimisation of the loyalty structure and strategy, and to analyse and monitor the data model performance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the customer lifecycle strategy design, review and implementation
• Automation of channel delivery, offer allocation and fulfilment (GCP / Big Q and SF Platforms)
• Extensive analysis to translate model outputs into recommendations
• Optimise marketing & resource per segment
• Supporting a testing and analysis program for insight, with focus on optimisation of key customer
• Preparation of pre-promotion analysis on marketing activity; target setting and expected campaign profitability
• Perform the Loyalty program renewal process with recommendations on Tier Size, comp maintains and facilitate system set up and processing

To be successful for this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is advantageous
• Experience in an analytical environment and with translating complex analysis into strategy
• Strong analytical ability and confidence in working with complex data sets
• Advanced skills in Excel, Intermediate skills in data mining, Cognos, SQL, R, Python
• Understanding of data science procedures and techniques
• Knowledge of Salesforce beneficial
