The Opportunity

The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) team sits within the Global Marketing & Strategy organization and is responsible for the strategy, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. The team also drives Adobe’s market expansion strategy, identifying growth opportunities and being responsible for global alignment of investments in priority markets.

We are looking for a self-motivated, intellectually curious individual who is excited to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and build global relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with analytics to transform data into meaningful insights and drive Adobe’s investment decisions in APAC.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver performance insights (i.e. return on investment, cross-channel optimization, cost analysis) by applying leveraging the team’s marketing analytics tools including attribution, LTV, and MMM
  • Advise on the most efficient allocation of spend across marketing levers to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Partner with Data Science and Marketing to identify new ways to target prospects, optimize investment, and measure the impact of integrated campaigns (including demand creation, acquisition, and E&R campaigns)
  • Develop regional growth plans by using market sizing tools (i.e. TAM) and customer journey analytics (i.e. traffic, conversion rate, customer mix) to identify growth opportunities
  • Build the GMI practice regionally by developing standardized reporting and processes in collaboration with GMI-US and APAC teams
     

What you’ll need to succeed

  • University degree in Math, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, strategy, or consulting in the marketing space; B2C experience preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing campaign optimization (SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI; familiarity with Hadoop environment a plus
  • Strong analytical skills (experience with large and disparate data sets) and familiarity with advanced analytics tools (i.e. LTV, MMM, attribution)
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear recommendations to leadership teams
  • Experience independently managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally
