The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in a facet of digital performance - could be SEO, Paid Social, Email Google Ads or Google Analytics. This is a great role for someone who has some exposure to an aspect of digital performance and looking to learn more across a wider set, ultimately building themselves into a digital performance consultant – able to connect a client’s business objectives through to an appropriate strategy across platforms/digital marketing tools. You will work very closely with the existing Senior Performance Consultants, assisting with a wide variety of digital performance activities. This role is client facing. Our clients will value your opinion and ability to think strategically. From the start you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients at a management level, answer their questions and impact the success of their business. Generally we are looking for our team members to have a great attitude, enjoy being a team player and have a desire to go that extra mile for our agency and our clients. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator.
