Description:
As an integral member of the Queensland At Home Support team, this role will see you lead and managing our Schedule Coordinators across Queensland, to ensure accurate timely and efficient schedule coordination of Bolton Clarke services, within the At Home Support business. The Manager, Scheduling will work closely with Management, to ensure the Scheduling Teams work in a flexible and collaborative manner to deliver positive client centred outcomes as well as;
- Establishing and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and input and output requirements.
- Achieving performance targets as efficiently as possible with a view to reducing wastage and duplication.
- Monitoring productivity and performance measures using KPI’s, through feedback to team members on their performance, through the provision of ongoing coaching and support to build a high performing team.
- Leading process change and implementation programs across Scheduling functions.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the target population and their needs, from a schedule coordination aspect.
- Leading and advising the scheduling team to assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and direct tasks.
- Leading the scheduling team in the demonstration of good interpersonal relationships in the coordination of care with employees, clients and their families.
- Promoting and strengthening the Bolton Clarke profile across Queensland, as a service provider of choice through relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating excellent customer service principles.
About You
As a passionate Scheduling professional, you will bring significant and in-depth experience in working in a large, complex scheduling environment, across a geographical disperse business group. In order to be successful in this role you will;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a large, complex scheduling environment
- Strong demonstrated management experience supporting a team across a large geographical area
- Demonstrated experience in projecting workforce trends
- Proven experience working in a resourcing environment with complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
- Resourceful and self motivated, with the ability to work in a changing environment.
- Proven experience building and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse group of key internal and external stakeholders

- Travel requirements for the role is required to support state-wide teams
