Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Maintenance Department to oversee the safe execution of maintenance activities and to optimise overall performance.

The Manager Maintenance Will Successfully Lead The Team In
 

• Ensuring a safe system of work to protect the health and safety of people and the environment in accordance with Statutory and BHP requirements.
• Building an engaged, inclusive and diverse team and culture, where everyone is motivated and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
• Improve productivity and disciplined application of the OS Operating Model, and its standards, processes, and systems.
