About the team

The role operates with a high level of autonomy within engineering team who operates at enterprise level and engage project teams for asset performance, whole of lifecycle costs and asset management maturity initiatives. The key focus areas for the team include, asset capacity & service performance, asset sustainability & technical innovation and asset management centre of excellence.

We are looking to appoint Manager Engineering position within Engineering team. You will be passionate about asset management with digital engineering or analytical experience in rail / Metro / infrastructure / Power/ Utility sector. Reporting to Associate Director Engineering, you will manage and lead the provision of technical advice; documentation review; technical assurance; standards and knowledge management of the operations, including operations readiness and asset management components associated with the Sydney Metro program and the metro product.

• • • Life Cycle Costs – CAPEX, OPEX, TOTEX
    • Environmental Impacts- Noise, Vibrations, GHG etc.
    • Productivity Improvement – Increased Services/Headway
    • Reduction in Services Delivery Risk
    • Development of Asset Technical Definition/s – BRS/SRS/PS/GS/Replacement
    • SASP and ASP – Input/Support/Review
    • Asset Management System Maturity Assessment
