As the Manager, Diversity and Inclusion you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing organisation wide strategic programs and initiatives to drive a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
This role will lead the Diversity and Inclusion team within People and Culture and will partners with senior leaders and the broader University community to drive and develop programs and actions that embed cultural change.

- To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience in managing organisation-wide projects in a dynamic and complex environment including demonstrated capacity and ability to plan, schedule and organise cross functional projects given multiple priorities or perspectives and meet deadlines
- Highly developed knowledge of diversity and inclusion theory and best practice and awareness of broader developments relevant to the university
- Experience in designing and delivering cultural change programs that drive a positive and safe, inclusive, equitable environment
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with demonstrated success with influencing innovative solution to address organisational development needs
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and demonstrated experience in liaising with staff at all levels of an organisation, negotiation effective outcomes, consultation, and facilitation of group discussions
