As Manager, Customer Experience Design you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the UX and UI design and lead a team of UX, UI designers and content management through every stage of the product development/service design lifecycle to ensure delivery of the best possible end-user experience.

The team is a critical contributor to the end-to-end delivery and operations of digital products and service design to deliver on the digital strategy. You will work closely with Digital BAs, Digital Solutions Architect, other IT teams and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure digital solutions meet user and business requirements.

Your resource management is strong and your ability to analyse and evaluate requirements to define and develop customer focused solutions for web and mobile systems, applications, and processes.

To be successful in this role you will have a track record of successfully implementing and operating customer research, digital design, service design functionality and content management across digital channels.

Along with CED expertise, you will be an experienced team leader who can motivate and guide staff and manage a large and diverse portfolio of work.
