The cornerstone of growing our agile and dynamic B2B business is through the continuous growth of our customer base. Key to this leadership role is applying innovative ways to identify and reach the various target audiences of future customers.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, this key role designs, develops and implements marketing and communications strategies for Swinburne’s B2B product portfolio to generate qualified B2B leads and to deliver quality sales enquiries. Specifically, the responsibilities include strategy design and planning, lead generation, brand maintenance, media planning, campaign execution and reporting

This is a leadership position in a multi-disciplinary team and requires extensive collaboration with other areas of the university to identify B2B market opportunities and target audiences. About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.?
  • Demonstrated experience working in a B2B marketing role or a Marketing communications role.
  • Experience in achieving successful outcomes in a large and complex organisation.?
  • Proven experience in planning, managing, and delivering marketing activities across numerous segments, channels and markets.?
  • Knowledge about the education sector is desirable but not mandatory

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
