Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for a Solution Consulting Academy Manager who will be a player-coach for the early in career individuals and, help them to become world class solution consultants.

The Solution Consulting Academy is part of our Associates program and is designed to bring in new talent to our organization and train early in career people.

The Solution Consulting Academy Manager is responsible for the organization and planning of the enablement of Associate Solution Consultants (Presales), the day-to-day management and their progression within the Associates program.

The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience in presales along with the experience of developing young talent. You should have experience with recruiting and hiring, ideally with early in career people. You will have an understanding of enterprise selling, ideally in a cloud environment. An enablement background is a plus. You must have superlative communication skills, the ability to present, and confidence in communicating with leadership. As your primary goal will be the successful nurturing of new talent, you should be great at providing 1:1 coaching, guidance, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the Academy Solution Consultants
  • Plan and organise the enablement schedule and activities
  • Train/coach the early in career Solution Consultants on desired sales skills, methodologies, processes and career development activities.
  • Deliver training
  • Assess their progress through formalised sessions
  • Work with pre-sales managers to coordinate field rotations and transition plans.
  • Take part in the recruiting process of Associates
  • Assist the teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
  • ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events
