Short Description

Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services. The Manager-Client Services is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The MCS works together with their manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.

Qualifications

  • 10 years + experience in a Middle and Senior-level consulting client-facing role or account manager leadership role
  • End to end account management including account forecasting, budgeting, operations and overall P&L
  • Strong Client Relationship Management; engage with Head-offs, Director level clients
  • Backgroud in managing client engagement in a Global delivery model and drive solutions and financials decisions with offshore teams.

Job Responsibility

  • makes proactive proposals to client in line with account strategy
  • Engage the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team for developing solutions..
  • Handle risks and issues related to the account, including delivery oversight

Required Skills

  • Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with Head-offs/Directors/CXO level client contacts
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Experience in the financial services, Technology platforms, Security, Service management and DevOps
  • Strong Global Delivery Model experience
  • Have the ability to position industry insights as they pertain to client needs & requirements
  • Deeply understand their client’s business challenges, and provide thought leadership in addressing these issues
  • Experience in Technology Consulting for clients
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  • Commercially savvy/understands contracts, MSA , Multiple pricing models
  • Strong Negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
