DCE is a strong and experienced technical team with data analysts and modellers and data scientists. The team is growing and we need to recruit another Manager in DCE.As Manager DCE, you will lead the team to achieve organisational objectives, deliver business outcomes and exceed client and stakeholder needs. The role proactively seeks best-practice solutions in data acquisition, and data capabilities will experiment and innovate solutions. As technology changes and grows, the position will mentor and develop their team to provide sustainable data services.To be successful in this role, you will need experience in: - Leading effective teams supporting business users, preferably in an environment supporting multiple technologies (including SAP, Microsoft and cloud based applications)- Successfully managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Optimising digital and data technology- Taking ownership of your own and your team's development and growth and can apply your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaborativelyThere are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded (e.g. SAP Development, Computer Science, IT and Data Management).Joining QRO in a leadership role you will have opportunities for continued learning, growth and career development.
