The company is seeking an experienced manager to assist in leading a rapidly growing team of intrusion analysts tasked with defending CrowdStrike customers and understanding their adversaries.

After learning our custom-built tool suite, workflows, and methodologies, you will use your vision and leadership skills to guide and shape a team of analysts as they detect and analyse complex intrusions across a large and varied customer base.

  • Take responsibility for ensuring the quality and timeliness of the intelligence supplied to OverWatch customers, as well as handling support queries relating to OverWatch detections and notifications.

  • Provide support to your analysts, liaising with OverWatch internal teams and other business units within CrowdStrike to ensure that they have the tools, training and intelligence required to understand, find and frustrate our adversaries.

  • Oversee the career development of analysts, ensuring that they are able to fully realise their potential, both as individuals and as members of the team.

  • Act as an ambassador for the OverWatch brand, representing the team at both external conferences and internal events.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and threat intelligence principles.

  • Ability to convey complex or technical concepts to various stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in managed or enterprise information security services, incident response, forensics, malware analysis, penetration testing, or network defence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or related discipline or the equivalent of six years or more in the cybersecurity industry

  • Three or more years of demonstrated management and leadership experience.

  • Experience in Cloud or Identity Security

  • Published research or findings at conferences or through other non-academic channels (blogs, articles),

  • Having a good understanding of current and emerging threats and ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of security research.
