Description:
The Programs Team within Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Manager to help lead a key strategic program and manage a team of program managers! You will drive quality, efficiency and velocity for Atlassian by helping expand our global program. You will be responsible to lead and drive the vision and mission for the team. As the Manager of this team, you'll have proven success as a Program Manager and a passion for people management.
In This Role You’ll Get To
- Be the primary point of contact for leadership teams and strategic direction of the program.
- Ensure Program Managers on the team are aligned to the highest priority items and assist them in running projects on the roadmap where needed.
- Run the operational calendar/cadence for the program with the team to ensure delivery of roadmap on a weekly basis.
- Accountable for tracking the FY22 strategy roadmap for the program including resource planning, milestones tracking and any regular reporting.
- Engage with key leaders within each business stream and influence and motivate change.
- Own, direct, and drive timely and effective communications, especially in regards to setting up new processes and other change management activities for the program. This includes audiences from within the Talent Acquisition function and across various business teams where the program is live.
- Evaluate the program strategy and insights relating to implementation/execution/adoption across the company where the program is live. Aid in ensuring ownership/accountability, timely decision making, data clarity and related items to ensure program velocity is high.
- Partner with the TA Operations and People Analytics functions to deliver quality metrics that drive priorities, measure outcomes and efficacy and enable better decision-making.
- Mentor, assist and facilitate team to enable them to continue to grow and be even more effective.
- Investigate trends and innovations; use the knowledge to advise how we can improve our program.
- Ensure a diversity, equity and inclusion lens is coordinated into all our processes and programs.
