The Opportunity

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Marketing & Communications to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Insights, the Senior Manager - Marketing & Comms will be the chief custodian of the Cartology brand and B2B marketing calendar and will oversee all aspects of the integrated communications agenda; including: internal comms, PR, content, partnerships, events, trade press, website and social activation.

Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop the marketing & comms strategy to drive Cartology’s business objectives
  • Lead the team to drive execution of our “big rock” quarterly moments and thought leadership program.
  • Work across the marketing team to find unique and creative ways to engage our audiences (internal and external)
  • A website and social presence with the right capability and content to engage clients and drive lead generation
  • Create a lead gen process to ensure a seamless experience into sales conversion
  • Find and support relevant partnerships that help to drive our marketing objectives.
  • Develop a strong internal comms focus, ensuring we keep Cartology staff up to date and drive excitement and understanding across the Woolworths Group.
  • Develop KPIs for all key deliverables, ensuring we have robust measurement and reporting in place.
  • Work closely with all key stakeholders across the Woolworths Group and external suppliers (writer/s, PR agency, creative agency etc.) to deliver all programs on time and to an excellent standard.
  • Drive the annual marketing planning process in partnership with the Head of Marketing and Insights
