OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)
- At least 3 years’ supply chain experience
- A deep understanding of least one of the following: Supply chain strategy, Warehouse operations / design, Transportation, Supply chain planning
- Prior consulting experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong analytical skills and the desire to understand what’s driving the results (able to look at the results, identify anomalies and dig into the detail to understand why)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Power BI experience also highly regarded
- Ability to explain complex theories
- Ability to relate to people and have the discussions required to understand their business from a practical point of view and not just the numbers
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent team skills with the ability to lead and/or take direction
- Good facilitator and ability to develop a storyline for clients
- Legally eligible to work in Australia full time
