Description:
The role will be based in Australia (Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane) and will directly lead a commercial team and interfaces with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- 15+ years’ experience in complex infrastructure outsourcing transactions, preferably in power generation, transmission and related categories.
- Familiarity with project financing and valuation of complex infrastructure developments.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, negotiation skills and courage to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in long term commitment contracting.
- Experience in design and execution of fit-for-purpose competitive commercial processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and consensus building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies to solve complex project requirements.
- Understanding of value drivers and the value of risk.
- Ability to balance competing priorities while delivering commercial projects within broader project schedule timelines.
