• A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Extensive restaurant & bar experienced
• Fun, positive & out going personality
• Current RSA & Approved Managers license
