About the Role:

Our Spotless Group Facilities and Asset Services business has an opportunity for a Management Accountant to support the Finance Manager with accounting activities for the Melbourne Metro Trains contract. You will be responsible for monthly profit and loss reviews, monthly accrual reviews, provision management, monthly journaling of amortisation, processing of invoices, intercompany journals, RS6000 interfaces, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.

About You:

You will come tertiary qualified in Commerce, Accounting, Finance and /or Economics, with some Accounting experience. You will also have:

• High level of competence in ERP systems (SAP preferable) and advanced in Microsoft Excel with the ability to learn new concerns and take ownership
• Impeccable degree of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring high quality of work and delivering on deadlines
• Well developed communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with both the finance team and the business that you support
• A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous quality improvement
