Job Description

You will...

• Be a key link between finance and operations teams
• Delivering timely and accurate weekly and monthly financial reports across multiple business units in ANZ while working closely with a number of cross functional teams/departments (Procurement, Inventory Management)
• Perform variance analysis and track various KPIs & work with key stakeholders to identify and drive efficiencies
• Prepare and provide weekly reporting packs to the senior management team and other relevant stakeholders
• Own the month-end inventory reconciliations
• Provide detailed commentary on monthly reporting packs, highlighting variances and commenting on areas of development and/or further improvement
• Providing insight into operational performance and support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Providing support to the finance team on operational matters and insights
• Providing support to the operational teams on finance matters and insights

You have...

• Minimum 3 years in relevant roles - experience in fast paced food industry or e-commerce business would be an added bonus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with SQL/Tableau highly desirable
• Professional accounting membership (CPA, CA or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise and influence multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards & principles
• Good understanding of business process and internal controls related to accounting, finance and wider business practices
• A passion for detail and the ability to identify opportunities through the review of data
• A strong interest in general business & are looking to continually develop your understanding & involvement in a complex operating model
• Proven ability to priorities tasks & meet deadlines.
