About The Role
- The Maintenance Manager for the award winning Lindenderry at Lancemore Macedon Ranges will be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program, throughout the property.
- The successful applicant will work with the hotel's team, plus coordinate maintenance works with the outsourced companies as required.
- The successful applicant will have the support of the hotel's General Manager and The Lancemore Group's Management team to help them achieve success.
About You
- Positive and optimistic attitude – "we can do anything" approach
- Experience with fixing day to day things – lights, taps, paint etc
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to coordinate contractors to get efficient results
- Ability to understand what the customer sees – and ensure our property is always kept to the highest standard
- Ability to work with teams, and communicate clearly and in time
- Knowledge of a trade beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Supervisory experience of maintenance activities in a fast moving lean environment
- Ideally experience in hotels
