Maintenance And Construction Supervisors

Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that has recently been awarded an exciting 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, and renewals project works for the City of Gold Coast.

Working across our Maintenance or Renewals Streams, our supervisors provide overall coordination and leadership of day-to-day site activities. Our supervisors play an important role in coaching and building the capability of the team to ensure work meets quality standards and is completed within cost & time parameters, and are a key client contact for works status.

Supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or maintenance environment (Water industry experience highly advantageous).

For maintenance roles, experience coordinating works in a high-volume environment would be advantageous.

Qualifications in Leadership & Management (desirable but not essential).

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
